Star Gold Corp. (OTCQB: SRGZ) announces the termination of its previously announced Letter of Intent with Romios Gold Resources Inc.

The parties mutually agreed to terminate the LOI and each company will continue to focus on their respective projects independently.

Star Gold remains focused on advancing the Longstreet Gold-Silver Project in Nevada.
